Luneta Park Philipines attractive tourist spot i manila

It is also known as Rizal Park. A place called before as Bagumbayan. Luneta also features a planetarium, dozens of fountains, an amphitheatre, a children's playground, a skating rink and the Chinese and Japanese gardens. Rizal Park is one of the most visited places where our national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal, was executed and buried. His monument was made there to commemorate his works for his motherland. The monument is located at the western end of Rizal Park in the city of Manila. He was executed near the place of this Monument in 1896. This monument stands with a bronze statue of Rizal guarded by two uniformed sentries standing at attention 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
