Mines View Park fascinating tourist spots in Baguio City Philippines

Mines View Park is one of the most visiting park and a tourist spots in Baguio City where is the summer capital of the Philippines. To get to the observation deck, tourist will have to take quite long turning stairway, which is right next to the parking area.
